We are a company full of dedicated wood junkies with an interest in
wood, wood-based raw materials and large scale industrial decorative
panels. We worship Mother Nature, with environmental conservation one
of our highest priorities.

Besides handpicking the raw materials that go into our veneer, wood
slabs and flooring, we also go out of our way to stay up-to-date with the
latest design trends, which is why our range is so diverse. Not to
mention the efforts we take to be on the same page with our customers,
as we believe that empathy is one of the key elements of design. It’s no
wonder, then, that Kingdom Decor has grown to be one of the most
integral divisions of the FSD group. Being the largest wood suppliers
isn’t what drives us. Being the best does.

the reason why we go to great lengths to preserve one of Mother Nature’s most

neutrality, with wood production generating a much lower carbon footprint as
compared to steel and concrete.

CARBON NEUTRALITY

Carbon Neutrality is the process of cancelling out any carbon emissions that
you’ve created by funding an equivalent amount of carbon savings
elsewhere in the world. To be considered carbon-neutral, a business needs
to reduce its carbon footprint to zero. As a company, we work hard to make
our stash carbon-free.

they intend to become fully carbon neutral. Joining these corporations and
cities in achieving those targets is high on our list of priorities.

Why is carbon
neutrality important?

Carbon neutrality is important because the world is currently at a turning
point – we’ve moved from ‘climate change’ to a ‘climate crisis’ – and experts
believe that we only have 12 years to save the planet. Therefore, the time to
act is now, which is why the FSD group and its subsidaries are working
towards making the world a better place for everyone.

more environmentally friendly, which is something we keep in mind while
scoring and processing wood.

Steel, concrete, and cement have some of the heaviest carbon footprints
of any material in the world. In fact, if the cement industry were
a country, it would be the third-largest emitter in the world.

A key way to tackle this emission problem is by changing the materials that
we use in construction. Timber as a building agent is growing in popularity –
not only does it offer great insulation, it is easy to work with and offers a
quick build time. Wood, is indeed good.
